Working Documents 1 and?2?were produced by IOM Lisbon.?They are?based on a comprehensive analysis of all of the national Country Reports and will serve to inform the final Handbook on How to?Implement a One-Stop Shop, which will be launched at the Final Conference in Lisbon. This will provide guidelines on how to define, implement and evaluate a One-Stop Shop in the European Union.
